REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SET ON ANALYTICAL INSTRUMENTATION SUBJECT AND DOCUMENTATION :

Detail technical knowledge about products which are available in our website www.photonanalytical.in
Knowledge about applications related to our product portfolio.
Should have experience and knowledgable of sales of products that we have in our website
Should be capable of giving presentation at customer place / doing road shows / managing evens
Should know the geographical location of customer clearly
Should be physically & mentally strong for regular customer visit / tour etc
Should have clear knowledge about competitors.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SET ON TEAM MANAGEMENT :
Should have experience of handling large team
Should have experience of handling customer site / Installation
Should have experience of handling Lab activity ( Basic knowledge of calibration/validation )
Should have knowledge about planning of training shedule for team as well capable of giving training to team for better result / business performance

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SET ON TRADITIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT :

Customer mapping with geographical platform to reach them efficiently for customer visit
Customer Data-base creation for the respective region ( as per companies format)
Need to speak to customer / send mail / sms/whats-app for business promotion
Need to visit customer to generate business rapport as well professional relationship.
Need to attend exhibition / seminars and other equivalent activities to generate business and branding of Photon Analytical Division
Need to carry out road shows / Plant Seminar / Training Session / Awareness Session etc .

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SET ON DIGITAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT :

We have Photon Creative ( Digital Marketing Division) to develop the business digitally into web with a purpose of extensive reach to customer. Candidate has to work with Photon Creative team for following activities on regular basis / Monthly basis

Create different type of content / article ( before 12th of month ) monthly basis, which will be used for company promotion by e-mail / whats-app messenger services / sms / Facebook / tweeter / linked-in and so on
Generate business lead using India-Mart / Yellow-pages and related business websites
Creating contents / blogs to popular our company in 1st page ranking
Likewise there are multiple ways which will be detailed after joining

JOB DESCRIPTION OR REGULER ACTIVITY

Traditional Marketing / Digital Marketing for generation of business, keep in touch with customer, promote company
Data Base Creation: Monthly addition of valid customers in Data base file.
Enquiry Generation > Offer Submission > Follow –up & Negotiation with customer > Order Processing > Payment Collection /C form / Statutory forms Collection ( where-ever applicable )
Ensure Lab based & Site based activity execution with Proper documentation as per Quality Manual Of Company for installation or repair services or calibration/validation .
Profit sharing sheet: Closing monthly details between 1st-5th of the month.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT :

Computer Knowledge – Microsoft Outlook/ Word / Excel / Powerpoint required
Need to have driving licence & own 2/4 wheeler
4 years in similar field preferable
Working experience of calibration services in addition to sales experience will be preferred
